Why participate?

 

This unique booklet goes beyond a traditional participant list, it’s designed to help you connect in a meaningful way.

Each conference attendee will receive a printed copy at the start of the event. By adding your information to the booklet, you make yourself, your company and your collection or activities visible to others and open the door to making new connections.

With personal stories as conversation starters and photos to help people recognize you, the booklet makes networking easier, both during and after the conference.

How to participate

 

Simply fill in the form below and upload a few images.

Please make sure that:

  • You have the rights to use and share the images you upload

  • You consent to us using and distributing your provided information in the booklet

Submit your information for the booklet.

Only add information you feel comfortable sharing with the conference participants, including individuals, public institutions, non-profit organizations, and commercial entities..

Can be fun to see and compare the different names for the function of 'keeper & activator of old stuff'. Curator? Archivist? Heritage manager?

Everyone receiving this publication will see this e-mail. We will also reach out to this one if we have questions regarding input for the booklet.

(limit 1200 signs) What do you make or do? Why? For how long? What role does the archive and/or collection play?

(limit 500 signs) Have some fun, anything goes. Things such as 'For some reason, we've got an ice cream van in our collection' or 'The archive team curates content for about 75 social media messages yearly' or 'I sprinkle at least three suitable 'did-you-know' items in the annual report to our board.
