In case of optional booklet registration

By giving your consent, you confirm that you voluntarily provide your personal and contact information (such as name, organization, email address, phone number, and other relevant details) and agree to its processing as described below.

Your data will be processed by ICA-SBA and ETWIE (contact: info@etwie.be) for the purposes of:

inclusion in the official conference booklet,
facilitating professional networking,
supporting follow-up initiatives such as networking tools and the documentation of best practices.

The conference booklet will be shared with participants, including individuals, public institutions, non-profit organizations, and commercial entities. These recipients may act as independent data controllers, and the organizers cannot control how your information is further used by such third parties.

Your data will not be retained longer than necessary for these purposes, and in any case until you withdraw your consent.

B/ Conference photography and video recording

By giving your consent, you agree that ICA-SBA and ETWIE (contact: info@etwie.be) may capture photographs and/or video recordings during the conference in which you may appear.

These images and recordings may be used for communication and promotional purposes, including publication on websites, social media, reports, and other materials related to the conference and its follow-up activities.

You understand that such materials may be publicly accessible and may reach a broad audience.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Upon request, reasonable efforts will be made to remove or stop using images in which you are identifiable, where feasible.

C/ Confirmation of image rights

By submitting images, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and share these materials.
